Its a great quality product. It had Day and Night option. Works fast and efficient. Its based on Acetaminophen. Gel caps helps with quicker dissolving. One minus it is a little expensive.
I have used Buckley’s for years it is very strong to swallow and taste disgusting but it never fails to always work and break up my cold within a few days I will continue to always use this product because it works so well.
