Fantastic for a meal in between study sessions and makes and makes a great base to make fuller soup, I've also thrown it in a thermos mug for the sick days I have to go to school anyway and it makes me feel much more comfortable overall good purchase.

If you fell bloated, this will be a great friend to have! The ginseng is a great partner for bloating and to help digestion. It fits with keurig dak up machine! Great way to have a good tea fast
