Practicing this exercise in a drill technique, mixed with our best friend, WATER, you will DEFINITELY see results. Stick with it. You will gain a few pounds at first. That's because your muscles are like, "WHHAATT IS GOIN OONNNN!", and going on a alert, building up fliud (water weight) because it's going to survive. Lol.. But it goes away FAST, its cool. Just keep going. You will see the transformation start happening. If anyone out is around Mississippi, I am looking for some workout buddies! 😀😀

Exercise

I go to the gym 6 days a week! My man was a pro boxer and has taught me everything i need to know about eating healthy and working out properly. But their is times i will sit on the couch and lift my legs up and squeeze and hold and i will for sure feel the burn after a few minutes. Even with my arms i will do the same for 20 minutes or more and i love that burn!!
