I have kids that play as well. I know the feeling but at the same time I understand gaming as well.
Good to have time set aside for family events, homework, maybe movie night etc. That's what we do. I rather kids spend their money on something they enjoy. We let them get the battle pass and then that way they work to unlock extra skins and such. It's fun. They started off just doing the dances which is fun, cute and they spend time together. Some kids have a harder time making friends. Online is easier. It's still real life just easier when not face to face and such. You can make friends that will be around for years. At least they are having fun and not getting into trouble lol

Same girl same

My 13 year old son loves online gaming. He's not all that into Fortnite, but other games. I set aside some time on weekends where he is allowed to play as long as he had a good week in school. He's a straight A student and hardly ever gives me problems so I don't see it as a big deal. As long as time is limited and he still comes out and does family activities.

Kids..

It seems that all kids now in days dont have human interaction.. Ita this era and its terrible for this generation. Kids are all about video games and being on their phones and social media..family trip somewhere would help! Keep his mind occupied on a adventure instead of sitting around on the computer..goodluck!
