TheebombmomReviewsI like reading reviews and leaving them as detailed as i can to hopefully help someone else (even if the product didnt work for me.)
From the business end --
I run my own small shop online. Only about one-third of people purchasing your items will leave a review. If they are happy, it's exactly what they expected and they usually won't think about leaving a review! The unhappy ones, no matter how infrequent, will always leave a review and be the loudest ones. Owners need reviews (positive and negative ones pointing out what the specific issue was) to improve.
If people can write specifically what they do and do not like about something, the color, the packaging, the shipping wait time, the size, the smell, the function, etc it's helpful to all! I wish people would refrain from giving one star and then no explanation or saying bad/horrible/waste of money/stupid. Or for certain things like lotions/soaps/make up someone saying 1 star I was allergic.
That stinks of course but was neither your fault or a companies fault.
That is not helping the company improve or helping other buyers make good informed choices about their purchase.
You cant make everyone happy though and some customers are just difficult and were never going to be happy no matter what.
