I don't take pain medication very often but when I suffer from a headache or menstrual cramps I turn to this product. I sometimes experience debilitating cramps and once these kick in I can almost function again!

These definitely work better than the regular strength ones. Works great since the gel caps are more easily digestible the the non gel caps. A go to over the counter pain killer.

Works well, kicks in faster than other brands. No side effects that I noticed. However, if you have a weak stomach I suggest taking with food. Overall I like this brand and type of Advil.

I give it 4 stars for effectiveness because it doesn't always work for me. But I know many people who swear that it's a miracle pain reliever for headaches.

very fast acting pills to take for my migraines although I found they bothered my stomach a bit after taking them

I have migraines all the time and don't want to be on prescribed meds, with all the bad side effects. I either get Excedrin or these fast acting liquid caps. They do start working to null the pain faster than the Excedrin does. It's a good product that starts to work quickly.

I usually take Excedrin for migraines but I ran out and had to buy these. They didn't work as fast, but they eventually did the job. They got rid of all my pain.

say bye bye to that nasty headache. always my go to
