Great clump, terrible odor control

I tried this litter with the hope that it would have tighter clumping for easier scooping. It was great for this but it did not mask eliminate odor at all. The first time my cat urinated in this litter, I could smell ammonia immediately. I would not recommend this product.

Not consistant

I currently have 9 cats (I am a foster/rescue) and I use a lot of cat litter in a month. I really have tried all cat litters to find "the one". I had several friends recommend this litter and so I bought 3 boxes when they went on sale. I am glad I didn't pay full price but I think the cons for me outweigh the pros for this litter. At least in my home. The pros for me were the litter didn't track all over the house, didn't stick to the cats paws, it did well with odor control as long as the litter boxes were scooped out and it wasn't too dusty. The cons however are that the clumps didn't always clump, and would make the box messy to scoop. The litter also sometimes would be like wet cement and hard to scrape off the bottom of the litter box. I also seemed to go through the product much faster then my normal brands. I wasn't impressed and for me the inconsistent clumping along with the cement like product sticking to the bottom was way more of a hassle then I wanted.

Good for one cat too!

I hate the scents used in most litters but I find this the most tolerable. Plus its very effective for my diva of a cat who needs his litter changed every other day or ELSE!

Doesn't live up to the claims

I have been a long time user of Arm & Hammer cat litters, so I was excited when I heard about this "new and improved" litter. I claimed to clump better that its regular litter, and I did notice that the clumps - even when fresh - were a bit tighter that its regular litter. It claimed to have no dust. Ha! It had more than the regular Multi-cat formula that I have always used. And the 7-day odor free claim is a joke. It doesn't do it any better than the regular formula. For the more expensive price I was expecting more, but, to me, it might as well have been the regular formula, just a different color. It is fine litter, but it does not live up to the claims, therefore not worth the extra price.

Works well, but smells bad

The clump and seal litter works very well. It’s easy to clean and clumps like it is supposed to. However, it doesn’t have the best smell. If it smelled better than we would purchase again.

Could be better

This isn't my favorite brand of kittly litter although it certainly has served it's purpose in a pinch. I find that it doesn't clump quite as well as other brands but at the same time it's much better than others. Middle of the road product for me.

This does clump, but does not keep Odor away!

Ok so I tried this out with my cat, and I only have one cat. The pieces of this litter is really tiny, and less of it gets caught on my cats feet as she’s leaving the cat box. This cat litter also clumps really well, just like it says, but it might stick to the litter box once or twice in the 7 days (I say 7 days because it says that everything “generally” works in the first 7 days). But something else that upset me in that first 7 days was that it does not eliminate or “hide” the odor what so ever in those first 7 days.
So because of the scent I have to put up with I personally will not be purchasing this particular litter ever again. Don’t get me wrong I liked that this clumped so well and that less of the litter came out of the litter box on my cats feet, but I can not stand the smell of a cat litter box, let alone a litter box that make my whole apartment stink. I clean my cats litter box everyday and I change out the litter in the litter box once a week, but for the price of this litter(not that the price is horrible or anything, this litter is actually inexpensive) I can purchase a different litter that eliminates/hides the smell, clumps (but does stick to the litter box), and only have to worry about a little bit more litter coming out on to the floor from my cat tracking it out from the litter box. I rather deal with a little more litter on the floor, and some of the litter clumps sticking to the litter box the having this litter stick up my apartment.

terrible stuff. clumping action is terrible, the clumps just fall apart. it absorbs the odors and there is no dust(i love that)well but that's about it with this litter. but i will not buy again, with 5 cats i can't have those falling apart clumps. for this steep price tag i was hoping for much much more.

this kitty litter is awful. The only positive thing I have to say about this kitty litter is that it really does clump super well. I was cleaning clumps out of my kitty litters box multiple times a day because the clumps were just huge! But it did not help with the odor at all. We keep our kitty box right at the bottom of our stairs going downstairs and our back door opens up to the top of the stair case going upstairs and I could smell the litter box as soon as I walked in the door, it was awful it actually seemed to make it worse. I couldn't breathe while cleaning the litter box it was like inhaling bleach. I will go back to my usual brand of kitty litter.
