    I do use this from time to time. it works great for mild muscle ache and body aches and pain. it has natural ingredients.

    I love anything with Arnica in it.It really helps me a real multi purpose natural remedy.I also like Welda products there great.Its great for bumps and bruises to sore muscles.It a must have in my house!
