I have been trying to move toward a more natural way of living but one thing never seems to change, my sleep habits. I seem to get up multiple times during the night and have not been able to fully sleep through an entire night for some time. Well to start off, this is a great size bottle which contains 30 tablets which can get you through a whole month of sleep. These tables are put under your tongue before you go to bed and the best thing is that they really do not taste bad at all and it doesn’t take a long time for them to dissolve. I do love the fact that this does not contain any drugs and has really great natural ingredients such as lemon balm powder, chamomile flower powder, L-theanine, 5 HTP, hops flower powder, orange peel powder, passion flower powder and melatonin. I have been using the Avinol PM for a few nights now and I’m happy to say that I have been able to finally sleep through the night. I have been getting a full night sleep and I feel well rested when I wake up in the morning which is a huge accomplishment.
