My doctor recommended probiotics for my baby and suggested Biogaia. I noticed some improvement in the gas and colicky behaviour. My only beef is I dislike the dropper. It detaches from the lid sometimes and then you have to dig it off the bottle and reattach getting some of that pricey probiotic on your hands.

This probiotic is highly effective for colic relief, however, the administration is very hard when the bottle is low in content, because the drop takes ages to release!

A must have for new mamas

I purchased BioGaia for my son, who is now 2 months old, at the recommendation of many other moms. I gave my son 5 drops per day as instructed. I noticed almost immediately he was not as gassy and his bowel movements were much more consistent. I believe this is a product every mother should have for their baby! The only downside is this product is approx $30. A little bit costly but well worth it in the end.

Only thing that helped with my colicky baby!

This was a godsend!! My poor baby had the hardest time settling, he was always crying, always seemed like he was in discomfort. Someone mentioned Bio Gaia baby drops to me and within a few days I had a happy baby! Its super easy to use too. Sometimes I would put a drop on his soother, other times I would put it in his bottle. This was legit a godsend!!

Digestive support

My little one was very colicky and gassy. I was recommended to try Biogaia as a daily probiotic for him. I was quite suprised as it helped with bowel movements and his gas. I still give it to him daily!

This really helped with my new baby

This is great. It was recommended by a friend and it helped when my baby was consitpated to get her back on track. It works very quickly. You only need a few drops the bottle will last a long time.

This stuff is a lifesaver!

Both of my kids had tummy troubles as babies, very gassy and fussy because of discomfort. Biogaia helped significantly with both of my kids. After a few days of using it they settled and we’re way more comfortable! It is quite pricey for such a small amount though!

Helps keep sickness at bay

I started giving my daughter these drops when I had to take antibiotics and I didn't want her or me to end up with thrush. I continued to give them to her after my 10 days of antibiotics because I heard that they helped babies with gas and, at that time, I was convinced that my baby had colic. These drops, along with some other tools, helped my super cranky baby, but what kept me using then long after her crankiness went away was her lack of sickness. I have a 6 year old boy in school and we've been around sick kids this winter and my baby has barely been sick. I'm a firm believer that probiotics help keep the gut healthy and therefore heighten the immune system.
The con to these drops is that they don't last long and they are expensive. I've since purchased another probiotic, but I'll be switching back since these are so easy to give and don't have to stay in the fridge.
