    Go to breakfast cup

It is a decent oatmeal cup if you need a go to and pick me up oatmeal. It is easy to use as you will only fill it with hot water. It is also easy to bring around as it is light to carry and can easily store in your bag. It is expensive for the amount of oats it contains

    Good breakfast!

I got the brown sugar and maple, it comes conveniently in a cup that can take on the go or have less dishes to wash at home, just add hot water and fruits. Besides the oatmeal there’s flax and chia seeds and it’s gluten-free. A quick, easy and tasty breakfast that’s fulfilling.

Too expensive for the quantity you get

It's $3-$4 cup, it's fulfilling. You get everything in it - flax, chia, oats. I didn't taste any sweetness, not sure if it has any maple sugar flavor. The quantity you get is so little, if I would to eat it every day, it will be definitely expensive. I would rather make my own disregarding the conveniency of it.

    Delicious oatmeal

I tried Bob's Red Mill Canada Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cup in Maple Brown Sugar. I found this particular product difficult to locate in my local supermarkets. Once I did, I was surprised at the price. I thought it was quite high ($2.99 a cup). I followed the directions using cold water. It said to heat the product for 1 minute. I found the oatmeal rather watery, so I put it in for another minute. The oatmeal was so much better. I ate it without adding mild, as I usually do. The oatmeal was so delicious and sweet. I absolutely love this oatmeal.

    convenience in a cup

this oatmeal comes in a cup and can be served that way as well. It's very simple to prepare. You can either add hot water and stir or add milk and microwave. The product is gluten free, contains whole grains and is high in fibre and protein. It's a nice warm up in the cooler months.
