Catelli makes perfect GF Lasanga every time

This one is a no brainer for me. I’ve tried dozens of brands of gluten free pasta and Catelli gluten free pasta is a staple item in our house.

I can’t say I have personal experience cooking lasagna with it but I can say that my wonderful MIL makes gluten free lasagna for us often and she says there’s absolutely no difference in preparation between Catelli Gluten free and regular wheat based noodles.

She’s recommended Catelli to her Italian friends who have a daughter that is gluten free and now she’s hooked on Gluten Free Catelli too!

Makes a great lasagna!

As a gluten free eater by choice, this pasta is my go to because of the price and the taste! I loved using this for my homemade lasagna. Best part is most guests (even Italian) didn’t notice the gluten free noodles! This is a staple in my pantry for the winter months. Leaves your stomach feeling great and very easy to digest.

Great gf product

This is an excellent gluten free product. My family says they can not even tell that it if gluten free. I use this every time I make lasagna and I am never disappointed.

Whole family loved it

I was very impressed with these lasagne noodles. I was a bit worried at first that it wouldn’t hold up as but it turned out just as good as it does with our regular brand. We will definitely be using these again!

Gluten free never tasted so good

My wife is gluten free so we've tried everything possible to recreate some of the most beloved recipes. Before making a lasagna was not worth the heartache to use gluten free noodles. They either overcooked or just fell apart before even assembling the lasagna.
Thankfully Catelli has perfected the oven ready no bake noodle. Just add it to your favourite recipe and no one's the wiser. Great taste and texture remains when cooked

One of my favorites!

I love cooking and ama big foodie but with being gluten intolerant, it's been a little hard to find new products. I love that Catelli came out with these delicious noodles. My family can't tell the difference in the noodles from a regular noodle.

Great Product

I am glad to have been one of the advocates to try Catelli's newest product; Gluten free lasagna. I have tried other brands that are gluten free since my spouse has a sensitivity to gluten, but we both agreed that this is by far the best.

Enfin des lasagnes sans gluten!!

J’ai eu la chance d’avoir été sélectionnée pour tester ce produit de Catelli et j’en suis très reconnaissante!! En effet, depuis un certain temps j’étais à la recherche de pâtes sans gluten pour préparer mes lasagnes et malheureusement, mes recherches étaient infructueuses. Bien heureuse de maintenant pouvoir trouver facilement ce produit en supermarché. Comme toutes les autres pâtes sans gluten, la clé est de ne pas les faire trop cuire et comme celles-ci ne requièrent aucune pré-cuisson, c’est encore mieux!!
Elles sont faites à base de riz blanc, riz brun, maïs et quinoa. Certifiée sans OGM et sans gluten, ces pâtes s’avèrent être une excellente option santé!!

Awesome pasta!

I really liked this pasta and was impressed how it held up during the cooking process. Gluten free pastas sometimes fall apart and get mushy when they are cooked. There was no issues with this noodle.
My family and I could not tell the difference between this type and regular pasta. I really liked the taste and texture to. I will absolutely buy this again . Thank you for letting me sample this we really loved it.

Great qualitt

This is a great quality gluten free pasta product. The noodles cooked up well and it tasted great! Even the kids loved it and didn't notice any difference in taste and texture.

The only downside is the package size. When I purchase this product to make lasagna again I will need to buy 2 boxes to make a good sized lasagna. But that is a very small negative. I will definitely buy this product in the future.
