Catelli's gluten free lasagne cooks very well and has a great taste. It is very easy to work with when layering the lasagne. Being gluten free is a must when it comes to pasta since my spouse has a gluten sensitivity. It's a great value! Will definitely make it into our meal rotation.

I recently had an opportunity to try 5hie this pasta and it was absolutely delicious. I would never be able to tell that it is gluten free. Tastes great!! My kids loved it too. I love catelli brand and this one will definitely be a staple at my house

What a great idea to make affordable, gluten-free lasagna noodles so gluten sensitive people can enjoy this delicious dish. Right on the box, Catelli provides super easy instructions for preparing a lasagna. Of course, I modify the recipe to taste. The noodles themselves are the perfect size for making lasagna in a loaf pan. The "gluten free" members of my family love this product.

Great quality, taste, and price. It's super easy to make. I simply used it as if I would be making regular lasagne but no boiling necessary. It tastes great, you really can't tell if it's gluten free.

I choose to eat a gluten free lifestyle and as such am always on the lookout for new gluten free products! Catelli Gluten Free Lasagne Noodles do not disappoint! Great texture and taste. They are a little thinner than regular durum wheat based noodles, but very easy to work with. I also found that unlike a lot of gluten free pastas $$$$ - the Catelli was very reasonably priced. An excellent product that I will be purchasing again!
