I have been using these vitamins for three years. They are really delicious. I can't say that something has changed, but the nails really became harder. :)

I love the taste

The consistency is like gummy bears. They taste great. I feel like I’m having a treat and I’m more prone to have them rather then pill form. I highly recommend we all can use some vitamins

Adult gummies you want to take everyday! I was also a little jealous of my daughters vitamins - but then I found these. They taste great! I want to take them everyday! The cost is great and you don’t have a nasty aftertaste! My husband is jealous my multivitamin gummies taste better than his!

Best Gummy Vitamins I've Tried!

I found these when I was looking for my regular multi-vitamins and knew I had to try them and now I am never going back to my regular vitamins. Rather than taking a regular multi-vitamin and then a hair, skin and nail vitamin this allows me to take one product that does both. You need to take two of the cherry, berry and orange flavoured gummies a day and while they are a little bit more expensive than the regular gummy vitamins I think they are totally worth the price.

Before I started taking these vitamins my nails would break very easily and after taking them my nails are stronger and haven't been breaking. I haven't noticed much change with my skin although I have always had pretty good skin and haven't noticed much change with my hair yet but my hair has always grown really slowly.

I absolutely love this product. Most vitamins do not sit well with my stomach but this one is so easy. I’ve had no stomach issues and noticed visible results after a few weeks. My nails were stronger and I got many compliments about my skin.

Too pricey for me

I was excited to try Centrum Multi Gummies Multi+Beauty. It promises to help support immune function, eyesight, bone health, metabolism, plus hair, skin and nails. It comes in a plastic jar with a child proof cap. I do appreciate it, because even though I keep our medication and supplements up and away, we have a curious toddler who likes to check everything out.

The Centrum Multi Gummies come in a 90 count jar, but the recommended daily dose is 2 gummies, so you only get a 45 day supply. It comes in Cherry, Berry and Orange. The gummies have a nice texture with a bit of bite to it, and it tastes fruity. There was a bit of a medicine-y aftertaste though, which I don't really like. Since I only have a few days to review, I can't really tell if it has helped with anything, specially my hair, skin or nails.

Overall, it's a decent multi vitamin gummy. But compared to my regular vitamin brand, it has less vitamins and minerals, and mostly less units per vitamin as well. It's also quite expensive for a 45 day supply, my normal brand costs less but has a 300 day supply. Centrum Multi Gummies Multi+Beauty would be good for someone who likes gummy vitamins.
