Wait for this every year!

I really love this seasonal favourite. I used to get the Chapman log cake but then discovered this product. If you really want to push it over the top drizzle a shot of your favourite Xmas liqueur on top. I have yet to see any of my stores put this on their weekly sales flyer. Maybe just as well as I would really be loading up!

Chapman’s holiday moments

The whole family loved this one. I wanted to buy more, but it’s only seasonal. Such a shame. We would eat this all year round. It combines 2 things everyone adores...Shortbread and ice cream. Yummy 😋

Shortbread cookies and Ice cream dream

If you love shortbread like I do and if you love ice cream like I do this is a dream come true! The ice cream is smooth and delicious with shortbread bits. You just can't stop eating. Value is good too. It costs less the $5. Too bad it's only available around christmas time.

This ice cream is available around Christmas time. From the first time I saw it I wanted to try it. I finally gave in and purchased it right after Christmas as the store had it on for 50% off. I think this ice cream has good flavour, but I made it better by adding Caramel Sauce the second time I tried it :)
