NOT WORTH IT

I have worked for this company. They continuously make their products cheaper without lowering the price for the consumer. 98% of the jewelry is no longer made with 925 sterling silver, the wax is 50% paraffin (50% AWFUL FOR YOU) when they used to be 100% soy (much healthier). They do not disclose how their candles are scented unless you go searching and contact someone at HQ except for the Hemp one which states that it was scented with essential oils. The jewelry is often times broken when customer gets it out, many have not found anything inside at all, customer can go into store and do a jewelry replacement but that takes up to two months for the new piece to get to you. When they advertise a that there is a gold and a silver version for a similar candle (BOHO collection) they do not actually separate the type of jewelry but instead I got a couple SILVER candles and reveled GOLD jewelry.. VERY DISSAPOINTING how hard is it to stick to one? its not. and then to lie to your customers about what could be inside is SICK. Their "sales" are a rip off, huge wording saying something like 50% OFF EVERYTHING only for their to be the absolute tiniest "UP TO" and "SOME EXLUSIONS APPLY". EVERYTHING IS OOVE PRICED FOR WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING. Biggest rip off ever. Not surprised their going under. They have no care at all, except for their own profit.

Worst candle I have every burned in my life

This is the worst candle I have ever burned in my life even dollar store candles burn better. The wicks on my candle for my first purchase ever were off center and so as all candles do that are improperly wicked it tunneled badly. I contacted the company after the third burn to tell them that there were now huge sinkholes in the candle and it was tunneling and sent them pictures to prove it and they refused to give me a refund and told me some nonsense about putting tinfoil on the candle and light it and it would be fine. I am glad it did not burn my house down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are scammers with lousy products.
