Good quality, but..
I used charming toilet paper for years.. mostly because my family loves it. But I don't let it through my front door anymore. Quality and softness is great.. but it is also the number 1 pipe clogger
leaves little piece of paper behind
Normally, I do love Charmin Toilet paper as they gently clean and doesn't leave and little piece of paper behind. This one is soft for sure but it leaves residus behind. Plus whenever you are ready to use it, there is fine particules that fly in the air ben you pull the paper. This is not my holy grail . Plus it a bit pricey when there is no deal.
I have bought this toilet paper and I do not find it nearly as good as other leading brands. It breaks apart much easier and does not have the quality I expect when paying for a better brand.
Every time I use Charmin toilet paper my toilet clogs. It is not from over use either. This has also happened repeatedly to my next door neighbor. I ha e also heard from many others the same problem. Regardless if only using 2-3 sheets, it clogs....
Charmin Ultra Soft sounds like a great thing and I do admit that it is very soft. However, you tend to use more than usual and then as I discovered it completely clogged the septic tank and I had to pay extra for the guy to insert water into the tank because the toilet paper had absorbed all the liquid and he couldn't suck it up into the truck. So, use less of it if you have a private septic tank.
I find that charmin ultra soft toilet paper works well enough. I don't think that it is any better than other brand name toilet paper. It is very pricey compared to other toilet paper. I would not pay the high prices unless a product is way better than other ones.
I want to love this toilet paper, as it is so incredibly soft, but we found a HUGE downside to it.
If you have older plumbing, with smaller sewage pipes, it can cost you.
When we had our sewer back up, the plumber asked us if we used Charmin. He told us that every single back up that he was at that the only thing he could snake out was huge, undissolved clumps of tp, the owner was using Charmin.
Yikes.
So very soft on the bottom, but won't break down effectively in the pipes if it happens to snag on older plumbing.
It is very soft and plush as advertised, however, it does leave little bits behind.
I love how Charmin toilet paper doesn't leave fluff behind and it's very absorbent. Though you will never catch me only using 2 squares of toilet paper since that doesn't sufficiently protect your hand from getting dirty. But I digress. I find the price of Charmin to be very, very expensive. And the 2 times I've bought this brand when it was on sale for a halfway decent price, it clogs my toilet. So I will not be purchasing this brand again.
