Decent toothpaste overall

I got this Colgate toothpaste #tryColgate to review for free and evaluate. It is a product that has a gentle mint taste and smooth paste but not too abrasive. It is promoted as being more effective for tartar and bacterial control and I must say I do at times get gum irritation and this has helped overall to reduce the irritation probably from bacteria in the gum area. Can't tell if it makes a difference with tartar since I don't really notice that very much. I don't think I'd switch from my regular brand but I would use it once or twice a week in conjunction with other oral hygiene products.

Not the best tasting toothpaste

It has an after taste that lasts long time. I don’t recommend using during the day because if you eat other food after brushing it will leave an odd taste and alters the flavour of the food

Colgate repair and protect

This is not the best taste of colgate toothpaste i've tasted, for myself I don't really enjoy the taste, but the product works well, your teeth feels nice and clean but I would do something about the taste. Probably nice for people who does like strong taste, it's very delicate.

Taste

I’ve been using colgate for many years. It will always be a trusted brand for me. I’ve been using this for almost 2 weeks now and honestly, it’s not my favourite. I like that it’s a paste versus a gel but the formula leaves a weird aftertaste to me. I use mouthwash afterwards which usually gets rid of the taste. Besides that, my mouth feels clean and I like its claims to repair and protect. I will have to test out the other varieties to see which I like best.

An ok toothpaste

This toothpaste seems to be just as effective as any other toothpaste I've tried. No better and no worse. However I'm not a huge fan of the taste. I prefer something with a stronger mint flavour. But I did get used to it after a while. Also I found the cap hard to close without squeezing the tube too hard.

Works Great and Tastes Just Awful

I was really excited about this toothpaste, as I have used toothpaste with bioactive glass before and was happy to see other options available for strengthening tooth enamel. It does an amazing job cleaning when I brush my teeth. They feel cleaner after using this toothpaste than any other brand I've tried. But...it tastes like soap. The first time I used it, I thought maybe one of my kids had pranked me by putting soap on my toothbrush. Nope. Just the toothpaste. That being said, I'm still using it. Because I really do like how clean my teeth feel, and knowing that it's strengthening my enamel. But man, that taste. If you can put up with it, this is a great toothpaste. If you want something that tastes good, stay away from this one.
