It did moisturize!

I was happy to try a 1.5ml sample of Covergirl Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cream. I got it for free from Chick Advisor/Butterly’s Mass Sampling Campaign. I applied the entire sample of this cream to my freshly cleansed face, and used it as a moisturizer. This product claims to offer “72HR Hydration”. You can also use Covergirl Weightless Water Cream as a Primer. My skin needs the hydration, especially during these long dry cold winter months. The scent is mild and pleasant enough. It does smell a bit like coconut and citrus. The packaging says that this product is “supercharged with electrolyte rich TruClean” (not sure what this is) cactus water and hyaluronic acid. It promises softer, smoother skin, and “hydration for days”. It certainly did moisturize my skin. It looks and feels like a gel-cream. Some gels can be drying, but this gel had a creamy texture. The product initially absorbed quickly into my skin, but left my face a bit sticky feeling. Perhaps I could have put less product on. It did not irritate my sometimes sensitive skin. It is suitable for all skin types. I like that this product is Cruelty Free, 100% Vegan and 90% naturally derived ingredients. Overall I think this Covergirl Weightless Water Cream did a good job moisturizing. The texture is not my favourite, but I do recommend it to people who prefer I light gel like moisturizer cream.

Great product

I used this today and my skin felt so soft. It goes on smooth and didn’t leave my skin oily. I wish the sample was a little bigger so I could test it more but I was happy with it.

Light but hydrating

The texture is amazing, light and absorbs quickly. Although the hydration lasts for many hours and works great as base for foundation. I prefer it as day cream due to its texture. I didn't get any breakouts although my skin could be quite sensitive when I try new products.

Hydrating!

First of all I want to say thank you for the opportunity of trying out this cream! It's lightly scented, and hydrates the skin very well overnight. I wish I had a bit more product to try it on a longer period of time to be sure this product would be suited for me!

Weightless Water Cream

Covergirl weightless water cream leaves skin feeling instantly moisturized. Love the light smooth texture and easily absorbed. Has a nice light scent.

Pretty darn impressed !

I was kind of sceptical of this product, sometimes vegan products aren’t truly vegan. But this one actually is !! Not only did it make my skin feel soft, but I had no feeling of tightness, wasn’t greasy, and was honestly so light weight went on great with my make up. I gotta get me a bottle of this yaaasss !

Light moisturizer

The "weightless" description of this product definitely holds up. This moisturizer felt light and fresh on my skin (like a hybrid gel/cream consistency) and had a very subtle scent which I like.

Too small of a sample to be able to review

It was a tiny one use packet. Unfortunately it’s way to small to conclude whether or not this product is good or effective. Absorbed easily and didn’t smell but can not speak on effectiveness of the product after one use. My skin broke out the next day but as I only had the one sample I couldn’t tell if it was from the product or not.

Easy Breezy Beautiful!

I received this amazing weightless water cream to use and I really liked how lightweight the formula is! It feels like my skin is able to breathe while still being moisturized and hydrated and my skin feels really soft after using it. Can’t wait to buy the full bottle to use in my routine!! #COVERGIRL #easybreezybeautiful

Heavenly moisture

I absolutely loved this product! The smell is fresh and light and the water cream glides on so smoothly! My skin felt clean and fresh and moisturized all day without being greasy. I will definitely be adding this to my routine!
