Interesting!

My son recieved this for his birthday. He enjoyed it even though he was a bit nervous he would smash the geode and it be no good. But he done great with it loved when he finally did break it open. The color were vivid but not to much.. this was a cool idea to get kids more interested in areas they normally wouldn't be.

Super Fun and Keeps you busy!

I remember cracking open Geodes when I was younger, so I wanted to get some to crack open with my niece. In this set, you get 5 Large Geodes, and instructions. The Geodes are super thick, I wrapped one at a time, into a towel, and used a hammer to hit it, I had to hit it a few times to get it to split open, but when it did, it revealed beautiful crystals. This was super fun to do, we all had a great time, hitting them to see what was inside of them. We were hoping to see some color, but all of them were just normal clear crystal, they were still very pretty.
