Totally Disappointed

After a long stressful week, we decided to go for a special family treat at the local DQ. They had turtle blizzards!!!! Omg, caramel, chocolate and pecans......yes please!! Well, my husband's cookie dough blizzard came out the window first and it was so chunky and delicious looking. Finally here came mine, what looked like vanilla ice cream with a few tiny pieces of chocolate mixed in. So disappointed 😞. I mixed it up, hoping for chunks of chocolate or swirls of caramel but all I got was an occasional teeny piece of pecan or a smaller piece of chocolate. So so sad. I wanted something chunky and delicious but I ended up with a cup of disappointment and a bad case of blizzard envy while my husband scooped up massive chunks of cookie dough followed by "mmmmm". Darn you DQ!!!

Although I'm a big fan of "Dairy Queen" blizzards this flavor was disappointing. Their distinctive soft serve ice cream was delicious but it lacked the flavor that I expected from a blizzard. It might have just been the time I tried it but I never gave it another chance.
