I love this yogurt. It really works for me. Taste is great. The only thing sometime it's too sweet for me so I have to add plain yogurt.

I've come to love Activia. Oddly my favorite flavor is plain old vanilla. The taste is superb and creamy. I buy this regularly and will not substitute other brands - not worth the chance of not liking them.

I am a helath fanatic, so this yogurt to me, it's more like a joke. First of all, it' LOADED with sugar! How is that supposed to help with fermentation, when sugar encourages it? The amount of actual live cultures is pretty small, and the regular ones have a whopping 3.8% fat content. And, did I mention it does nothing? Not for me, at least!
Wether I want taste, or I am looking for the health benefits, this yogurt is a poor choice.

All I can say is TASTY .This yogurt has tons of vitamins, minerals and cultures to keep you going all day, with less fat and sugar. And, believe it of not, it was creamy ! The tastiest yogurt I've come across, with tons of cool combination flavours along with the classics. You can't not enjoy it !

This is one of the best yoghurts I have ever come across! Being a effective healthy snack, it actually does what it says on the label, also being rich, smooth and creamy in taste and texture. Greatness =)
Would recommend to ANYONE, 100% !

Sorry ladies if this qualifies as TMI, but I had to spread the word about this yogurt! For anyone with a slow-moving digestion, this may be THE remedy for you.

The Activia Challenge asks you to try this yogurt once daily for two weeks. If you don't notice an improvement by that time, they will reimburse you up to $12! You can buy it in smaller and larger packs, with great flavors of strawberry, vanilla, and peach. Also available in "light" (although I prefer the regular fat version). It tastes just as good as any other brand I've tried, but is a little more expensive.

At first I didn't notice a big change. Now at the beginning of week 2, it's a whole different story! I have struggled with slow digestion since puberty and have done Metamucil, prune juice and other remedies. This is the first that works without wreaking havoc on my system. I have always eaten yogurt regularly for the other health benefits, but have never noticed that it made a difference for me. In fact, dairy is known to constipate if taken in excess, so I had been considering reducing my intake.

Activia is a win-win situation. Either it works wonders or you get your money back. Seriously, try it today!

I must report that after some time, my digestion slowed back down again. However, it is overall better than it was before I started a yogurt regimen, so I would still say it's a good tip.
