Quality product

I was lucky to be selected to try this Dap Alex Ultra Advanced anti-shrink sealant and it came just in time as we have been renovating our kitchen and building new wood countertops This sealant helped a lot with filling in the gaps along the top of the wood and the back by the wall.

I love that this dries fast and is low in odor. It was easy to apply, easy clean up, durable and overall a quality product. We will picking up some more to finish up our renovations.

Works Great

DAP ALEX ULTRA has always been my fiancés go to brand when it comes to DIY renovations in our home. He says it's very easy to work with and the only brand he would recommend. He even gave me a little class on how to use it. Simply cut the tip of the tube, load it into the caulking gun, and start filling in any cracks and boarders. For a newbie; I even found this product easy to use. The Advanced Latex Sealant has an anti-shrink technology system that goes on smoothly, and dries impressively fast! It's great for small jobs around the house, and it's perfect for painting projects.

Great sealant!

This is a great product: it's easy to apply and fix mistakes, and it has no strong smell what makes it great for small spaces like washrooms. Even is a mishap happened, it's easy to wash it off the skin, unlike some products we used in the past. It's also worth mentioning the quantity: while all containers look same when shopping in-store, this DAP sealant has full 300ml, whereas some offer only 2/3 of the container.
The only con was that it has longer curing time of 24h (vs 6h of other caulks).

Dap never let's you down

I love dap, it's a very good product that always delivers on what you expect from them. High quality and ease of use make it superior to other caulking products. I will always buy dap.

Great sealant!

We’re redoing our bathroom so this came at the perfect time. My husband applied it to the top of the baseboards as it’s waterproof and I painted on top of it in a little as 15 minutes later. It didn’t leave any terrible smell. A week later it’s still looking as good as ever with minimal shrinking and it didn’t pick up dirt. I definitely recommend!

Easy DIY

This was perfect for some quick touch ups before a paint job - I am not handy or organized so it was easy open and important that it was fast dry as. I didn’t plan ahead for some windows and baseboard touch ups. Also low odor which I liked as it’s a child room.

Nice finish, dries fast

I really liked using Alex Ultra White Advanced Latex Sealant. Application is easy (although you have to feel like you are in control, just like with any other product of this type) and it dries fast. Which is great, because if you need to, you can paint over right away. I didn't paint over, since white finish worked for me. I used it to fix the old cracked filling by the baseboards. It looks really good and took me only minutes. It is also water-resistant, so I am not afraid to mop my floors. I recommend this product.

Excellent fast drying sealant

Easy to apply with a caulking gun like any caulk, but this one dries super quick and is waterproof. Great for baseboard edges, and outdoors too like along the eaves where I had water dripping out.

Handy around the house

This is great for big or small projects around the house or anywhere. I used it on my bathtub and it works easily and dries fast, definitely would recommend

Kind of sticky to spread but dried fast

I received this Dap sealant to try for free in exchange for my honest review. The timing was great as I was about to caulk my new bathroom vanity, so I used this. I found the caulk a bit sticky to spread initially, and there was a bit of a learning curve to get it smooth. I loved that I could paint over in so quickly though - that made things move way faster! I’d buy this again.
