Best SEALANT I have used so far...

Compared to other competing brands, this particular brand stood out because if it high quality and texture which made it easy to use. When I used it for the first time, I got a very clean stroke. Highly recommended and would buy it again.

Works and looks great

@thisisbutterly sent me #dapcanada ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant for free to try out during one of my DIY projects. I recently painted my bathroom and I used this to caulk my baseboards and windows.

I found it easy to use and it provided a clean durable water protective seal on my windows. I was able to paint it after 15 minutes like advertised and found the odour to be mild with the window open.

I also appreciate the added Anti-Shrink technology which ensure you will fill all the gaps without having to retry. I would look at purchasing this again in the future for other projects.

Pro tip: to prevent the left over sealant from drying out, use a wire nut and some electrical tap to seal the open end. #dapcanada #alexultra #diywithdap

Dap sealant was great on my diy projects in my home for walls and my tub! It is not strong at all, applies very smooth, dries fast and allows you to paint over it with ease. Its waterproof too!

Easy clean up and low odor

I was given the privilege by Butterly to give my opinion on the ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant by DAP.

It was low odor as it was applied and cured. Easy clean up with water. No shine or discoloring to the painted surface. I like the fact that it is anti-shrink and mould and mildew resistant.

Amazing product!!

Amazing sealant for just about any diy project. Flows very smoothly and stays in place exactly where it’s applied. It does great at filling in gaps and sealing around sinks, tubs, tile, also dries very quickly and can be painted over.

Excellent scealant

I used alex ultra latex sealant to seal the bottom of my newly installes toilet bowl to my tiled bathroom floor and it works so well. The smell was not strong while drying and it does not attract dirt. My toilet is installed for two weeks now and I love the quality of the result. It is waterproof!

I am very satisfied with this product. Latex Sealant works great. I am already in the process of purchasing another to work more with this sealant. I recommend it.

Reliable Brand Strikes Again

Always love DAP products for all of my caulking jobs as it’s always a great and consistent product. No surprises, easy to use. This one in particular I used in my kitchen and it applied nicely. The smell wasn’t bad and quite tolerable despite many other brands.
