Great for bathroom

I received this as a gift about a month ago and immediately used it for the new bathroom window. My bathroom is not vented and the window sits above the shower / bath and I was concerned about mould and how it would hold up to to this frequently damp area. So far there has been no issue! It was easy to apply and dried smoothly with no cracks.

Does the job

This has been a great product for most of my diy projects. It is easy to use and dries quickly. I love how convenient the tube it comes in, as it creates less mess especially when trying to access difficult corners. Overall a good product.

The sealant is different and very effective. One of the best sealant. Its so easy to use. No mess created . Doesn't not crack. Its worth buying again.

Fixing an Ant problem

This product came just in time to solve an Ant problem. We noticed there were gaps in the floor and the wall where a chaulking had previously existed and noticed ants where going in and out of the tiny gaps. We re-chaulked all the corners and along where the floor and wall meet, and said bye bye to the issue.

What a great addition to our Reno’s

Absolutely loved this product! We are in the middle of doing some Reno’s here and there, and this came at the right time. It literally does dry in 15 min, which helps when you’re trying to get the entire project done in one day! It deff made our lives easier

DAP does it again!

What a difference in consistency and ease use compared to the competition or generic product I switched to for a while. Quality really is so much different in the DAP brand and I will be sure to switch back for my next purchase.

Great Caulk!

I always love using Dap Caulking and this is no exception. I love how it was 15 min paint ready and was perfect for doing my baseboards around the home. I felt I didn't even need to paint as the white looked great. Filled in the gaps and helped my home look professional.

Fills smoothly

The sealant comes out smooths and lines up perfectly. You don't have to worry about it getting stuck and coming out in little amounts. Spreads evenly.

15 mins ready for paint.

I used the Dap Alex Ultra Sealant(white) against the drywall to a connecting shower wall. I wanted an extra tight water seal. One tube was plenty. It squeezes on easily with the caulking gun. It was dry enough in the recommended time of 15 minutes to move on to the painting. There was a little bit of odor but completely diminished. There is a bit of a semi gloss to the caulking but once painted it does not show thru my matte paint. I like that it was easy to clean up any overflow mistakes with a cloth and water.
