I have bought this one on multiple occasions. It’s a really good herbal option - it tastes pleasant and helps you sleep. I also like that it’s organic. The blend is great

Catchin’ Some Zzz’s

This was a big help for me to relax before bedtime. A wonderful sales associate at their Limeridge mall location recommended it and I’m very thankful for that. It’s a bit on the peppermint side for me and I tend to get sick of that taste easily.

Davids tea has a wide varity to choose from. Mothers little helper is a wonderfull evening tea to relax with. Has a lite minty flavor for sipping. Only tried it hot but I'm sure its just as tasty as a cold tea too.

Great tasting but you need more than you think

I do love DAVIDs tea in general but I find certain flavours that you need alot more tea than you think otherwise it gives a very weak flavour. This is the case with mothers little helper. I love the taste, its great as and end of the day relaxing cup of tea but it can be bland if you don't put at least a perfect teaspoon and a half.

I bought this tea for my kids to try. Well now I use it instead. It helps me sleep like a baby. It also taste amazing. Plus it works great for my kids to use.

A classic

A must have if you like tea. It isn’t my favourite but it’s a great pre-bed floral tea. It is a little bit bitter, which is why it isn’t for everyone.

Do not recommend

I'm a huge Davids Tea fan. Didn't care for the taste. Worth the money, but I will never purchase in the future. It does live up to Davids Tea quality.

Great! Buy it again

I love Davidson tea! My boyfriend bought this for me, to help with relaxation which the ingredients are supposed to.. now I’m not a fan of peppermint and I can taste small amounts in almost anything but I’m actually fond of this tea , the taste isn’t over powering and I feel it helps me relax and helps me go to sleep at night! Try it out.
