Works okay

My baby had a really bad diaper rash, his skin is very sensitive I had to change diapers. I used desitin for a couple of days and it helped him s lot. Now I use this app hen I see redness and it helps.

Does work but is hard to get off the skin

This product does work but I find it leaves a residue on the skin that is water resistant and really hard to get off especially in all the crevices when you have a boy!

Great preventative

I think it works great as a preventative for diaper rash but I don’t think it helps heal an active rash. It’s good to use if you child has been having more wet diapers and you think a rash may be coming soon.

Best diaper cream

I really like this stuff it works very very well, the only down fall is that it doesn’t wash off very good and stays on after multiple wipes and baths

Not good product

I tried Desitin with my daughter however I did not feel this helped the diaper rash. It was suppose to work quickly and clear up, however it was a thicker paste and did not work that well. Will not recommend it to anyone I know.

For my oldest daughter its work

For my oldest daughter its always work for diaper rash. But for my new baby not so much. Smells good, stay on the skin very soft. Bit probably I will not purchase again.

Always in my diaper bag

I always keep this diaper rash cream in my diaper bag and use it at every diape change. I rely on this cream heavily haha. I am always on the lookout for other rash creams but I always seem to come back to this one.

Smells aweful but it works

Discovered Desitin when we could no longer find our regular diaper rash cream and we were is desperate need as my sons poor bum was rashed bad! We tried Desitin and found it worked very quickly but the smell is very harsh due to the cod liver oil content. I did recommend it for the effectiveness but the smell is a no no for me.

This rash cream is okay, it's not my favorite. It does seal the wetness out, but their bottom has to be completely covered in a thick gooey layer of this.

This cream does not smell as bad as many other competitors which is an added bonus for me. I also like that it is super thick so it protects very well against diaper rash. The only downside (which you will get across the board) is that when you change the diaper it is rather hard to wipe it all since it is so thick. Overall I think it is a great product, and it works very well compared to other similar products I have tried.
