Not the best

My little one had a serious rash and the cream did not help that much. I applied it in every diaper change and barely saw any improvement. Had to buy a diferent one to help with the rash

best for butts

this is the only product I will use on my baby's butt. If and when they get a rash this makes it go away quick. It leaves them full of relief. It is a brand I have trusted for six plus years. It is not that expensive but it worth the price you will pay for it.

Works great!

This product is amazing for clearing diaper rashes quickly and effectively. I’m not a huge fan of the smell so only use when she gets a bad rash. Definitely reccomend

No just for babies

Desitin Original Diaper Rash Ointments are not only good for babies. I use it when it I get heat rash and it works great. It’s a great product to keep on hand.

Diaper rash cream!

I remember my mom using this with me when I was a kid and I use it with my 3 month old. It’s a great product. I use it to prevent diaper rash and it’s working great.

This is a must have on mommy’s list. Absolutely love it. The best cream ever!!! It helps rashes overnight. I tried different ones and they are terrible comparing to Desitin. My son calls it his favorite “pP cream”

I have always wanted the best bum cream for all my kids and grandkids. I have tried lots over last many many years. Try new stuff that comes out but always go back to desitin. Buying in jar is get way too

Love it

I love this product for babies even toddlers. It's easy application and it works fast and effectively. Rarely need to apply multiple times in a row. No perfumes or dyes definitely feels like a safe product to use on the babies.
