High dose of Biotin

Discovered Dose & Co. Collagen supplement and surprised from the content dose of Biotin combined with Collagen of type I and III. I get 3 tablets per day to boost my hair growth, keep the skin firmness and improve nail strength. It contains Vit C too which is always good for the skin.
The glass is dark so the tablets are protected from the light.
It’s a month of treatment and I’ll take it at least for another one more.
