One of my favourite foods

These are definitely one of my favourite things ever. They can be a bit expensive but I usually stock up when they are on sale! They make an excellent snack, and even better breakfast sandwich! They often need a little longer in the microwave than the package calls for.

The new egg bakes crustless quiches are great. I tried the spinach ricotta & caramelized onion flavour and it's delicious. I recommend microwaving it with paper towel to soak up the excess moisture.
