Have a toddler so this is needed.

I have a toddler in a dayhome, so needless to say, he comes home with a cold once or twice a month and then passes it along. I've found drinking this once a day is helping me avoid his colds and if I do get them they're significantly shorter than would be without.

I have tried other no name or similar brands/ types of drink mix supplement. the taste and consistency is fantastic the Raspberry is my favorite i mix Fresh lemon with it for a healthy tasty drink.

I am a big fan of the Emergen-c super orange packets so I would assume this would be just as great and a nice change in flavour. Looking forward to trying very soon.

High doses of Vit. C & D

I start taking this Emergenc-C when I start feeling a cold or under the weather. It contains Vit. C&D;and electrolytes and zinc as well. Just mix in water, it becomes fizzy, great raspberry taste! Works great at boosting my immune system.
