Enhanced Sleep Quality

This was my first time trying any of the @gardenoflife products. I am very satisfied with the product. It helped me enhancing the sleep quality and relax. With health benefits i also see the taste and surprisingly it tastes amazing. I mixed it up with my drink and it enhanced the tastes. The only issue i had was with dissolving the crystals sits at the bottom, not sure if thats me or its like that only with magnesiums.

I was so happy to receive this item, having a toddler and the kind of work I'm, stress occurs daily and I'm an absolute night owl,so getting this product and being able to try it out was simply amazing. I have been much more relaxed, my muscles don't feel as tense and I'm definitely sleeping better. Oh and I absolutely love the flavour and there's no horrible aftertaste. Great product!

I take magnesium capsules twice daily but now only once as I drink this in the morning. This magnesium powder dissolves easily and tastes really good. I tried the Lemon Raspberry flavour.

Wow! This is a great product. I absolutely love the taste. Super convenient and easy to prepare. Just add water, wait for it to fizz up, sip and enjoy. For someone with absorption issues, this is a great way for me to balance and maintain my Magnesium.
