I gave these bandages 4 stars only because they aren't sterile. That being said, they are very good bandages, thick, soft and smooth. I thick they are a lot thicker than the ones you buy at the local drugstore. As long as you use a sterile bandage on your wound and just use the gauze to wrap around that you won't have any problems at all. I would order these again.
