I am not a fan!
I bought this water because of the vitamins and I did not like it at all. Flavours are terrible and even though is zero calories I find it too sweet to my taste. And in my opinion it kind of tastes like medicine.
too sweet
The Glaceau vitamin water is too sweet for me, that is the main reason why I don't like it, it just doesn't work for me because of the sweetness of the water
A nice drink
A nice drink on a hot day but I dont think theres anything special about these they are just average juices. The lemonade flavor is my favorite and is refreshing on a hot
I went to Giant Tiger today and they were out of Pact Water which is usually my drink of choice so I decided to try Glaceau Vitamin Water Zero Acai Blueberry Pomegranate. The best part of the drink is it has zero calories and added vitamins. Other than that the taste is less than desirable. It has a strange unnatural chemical taste that is extremely unpleasant. I'm unsure if it's the flavor of the drink itself that I dislike as I have yet to try other flavors.
I like this water. The only reason my review isn't the best is the after taste of the artificial sweetner. Maybe a different option would make it taste better.
I do like the Glaceau Vitamin Waters but some flavours are definitely better than others. My favourite is the Mega C Dragonfruit flavour, it's fairly light, refreshing and doesn't leave a heavy aftertaste. The Zero products in the line are less successful in my opinion. As with many "diet" products, they have a funny flavour and aftertaste, I'm assuming due to the use of whatever sweeteners are in the beverage. It's up to you if you believe these are providing you any health benefits; I enjoy them occasionally strictly from the perspective that they are a tasty drink with some unique flavour combos to choose from. I wish they would sell the Green Tea flavour in Canada, I have never seen it anywhere.
Vitamin water tastes great, but it's not healthy for you whatsoever like it claims to be. You will not be absorbing vitamins from it and its loaded with either sugar or aspartame. Its also over priced. The only thing I like about it is that it tastes good.
Blah. All my friends are so obsessed with this stuff, but to me it just tastes like a bottle of water that someone forgot to wash out after they made diet Kool-Aid in it or something. All the flavors taste pretty much the same: bad. Maybe it has vitamins in it, but so do vitamins and food and the sun and basically anything that isn't so gross as this. Save yourselves. Just drink water.
I remember when these drinks were all the rage. Everyone would carry them around, and I really wanted to try them. Especially because of the description on the side of the container. But when I tried it, I didn't like the taste at all. It also didn't deliver on what it said on the side. Perhaps the company is trying to create a placebo effect with what is on the side, but I was not impressed. I also found it way too expensive for my taste.
I like the taste, particularly XXX, but they are only good when chilled. Also don't care for the marketing of the product; obesity really is a huge problem (no pun intended?) and marketing a literal sugar drink as a "vitamin" in any way is akin to saying pizza is a vegetable because it has tomato paste on it. People in general are already ignorant about general nutrition, and I really resent the branding on this product and wish they would stop trying to fool people. Would I recommend it? Sure, in place of a soda if you don't want carbonation. But as a branded product for the purpose of a drink "with vitamins"? Absolutely not. It's yummy but take it for what it really is and not what it implies it is.
