Great addition to a meal!

After passing these in the grocery store for the past year I finally caved and purchased some. For dinner I prepared some veggie burgers and decided to cook some of these veggie tots as a side dish. I'm not the biggest cauliflower fan but you can barely taste it in the veggie tots. I feared that they would not cook properly and might end up soggy but they cooked well in the oven and were nice and crisp.
