I'm the best auntie!

My niece begged Santa for one of these, and the was so happy to get here from me for xmas. It's been almost a year and she still carries it around everywhere. She has gotten 2 more since and the novelty hasn't worn off. Love it!

Darlin Hatchimals

My kids never have had the larger of Hatchimals, but they have a few of the little collectibles. They are so adoreable. My kids love the surprise of not knowing what animal it is until it unhatches. These are such an adoreable cute toy for kids, it can teach them so much as far as patience, responsibility of taking care of a real pet. And after it hatches they have a cute fuzzy sleepable friend to keep them safe at night.

child never owned one but has played with one before

My child has played with this toy before at his friends house. Loved it and now my children want one for christmas. Really good toy as a gift, expensive but good.

What a disappointment

My daughter begged for a Hatchimal for an entire year.... being the hottest toy last year I didn't get my hands on one for Christmas but was able to score one for her birthday in August. This toy was highly anticipated so we expected a lot .... it failed in every way. From the packaging to the fact it never broke out of its egg and having to break it open we were so dissatisfied. We rubbed the egg for literally AN HOUR, and still the hatchimal wasnt breaking through. So in my opinion the tough was expensive, and a total waste of money! I would NOT recommend this toy

So Cute and a great toy!

My son really wanted a Hatchimal. He begged and begged me for months. Honestly, I did not know too much about the product. So I did a bit of research, read consumer reviews etc. finally I decided to buy my son the coveted Hatchimal. And I’m so happy I did! The process of the Hatchimal actually hatching from the shell was chock full of anticipation and was a phenomenal process that matches the hatching process to birds and reptiles. It was a nice teaching moment that I, as a mom fully took advantage of. Who says you can’t teach your child as he has a new toy to play with? Anyhow, once his Hatchimal was born, he proceeded to name him Vinny 2 (after him) and he takes him everywhere with him! Even when we go to the grocery store! But the cutest thing of all is how he tucks him in at night. I highly recommend this toy. If you’re thinking of purchasing, I say go for it!

My kid found little interest in this

At first i was amazed when it started hatching but before long i had to help it hatch itself and my kid only found interest in it for a couple days. It advanced in levels too fast and it also drains batteries super quickly.

I would buy this product again, perfect for any girl!

My daughter received the hatchimals for Christmas! We were so excited watching it hatch to find out which one she got. She still loves it and plays with the hatchimal all the time

Not worth the money

My daughter just like every other kid her age had to have it. Asked multiple times over a year, I finally gave and got it for her. The interest lasted for one complete day.

Lots of fun

Great product your child will love cracking open the eggs and finding out whats inside..My daughter has tuns of them she gets excited when she gets new eggs and can't wait to get home and see what new ones she got..they come with a chart to let you know what ones you got in the collection

Hatchimals were a hit.

My daughter began rubbing and moving the egg to hatch this wonderful creature. We sat in suspense for thirty minutes waiting to meet him. Once he hatched he became the darnling of the house. Watching this little thing learn was hilarious. Amazing item.
