Delicious!

I was expecting these beans to be really spicy but they were the perfect mix of spices and peppers. The beans are so hearty and filling and the flavour is delicious. This is a simple and easy side dish to help your family get some additional fibre and protein. We ate these warmed up on the stove but they would also make a great "cheaters" addition to Chili! I love that I know and can pronounce every item in the short ingredient list as well as the fact that there are no preservatives. As a high source of fibre, iron, and calcium I feel good feeding this to my family!

Meal in a can

I buy Heinz Chili style beans to have for camping, but also when only a small amount of food is needed (children are out for dinner). I serve it over rice and it's quite satisfying.
