    Effective for quick weight loss

CONS - Quite expensive. My weekly spending was 3 IP food(only snacks), supplements, and water enhancer costed me average $180/week. I was told in my initial meeting i was to only spend $12/day on food. It turns out I spent $230/week to buy more protein and veges for lunch and dinner bc it wasnt included in the $180. I felt cheated. I was always constipated due to high protein. Really affected my digestive system. I couldn't eat other foods to naturally allow me to poo bc the program was too restricted with other food (no starchy veges, no dairy, etc). I also hit a plateau for the last 6 weeks into this program. I decided to leave bc of this reason and it was getting too expensive.

PRO - I lost 20 lbs in 5 months. I felt good and light. My eczema improved on this diet.

If u are into no dairy, low carb, low sugar and high protein diet, this is for u.

Stick with it and DON'T Cheat

I've tried numerous diets over the years, would stick with it get bored and then fall off the wagon again and again. Found out about this program and loved it. The only program that helped me satisfy my sweet cravings! Stick with it, I have not cheated over the past three months and have already lost 34 pounds. It IS achievable but don't cheat truly stick with it!

I have been on the Ideal Protein Diet for almost 2 weeks now. The first weigh in I lost 5.8lbs and did no exercise in that week. I found the diet easy to follow with the meals being provided it was easy to keep myself honest when it was time to prepare the food it was simple. They is more of a variety than I thought there would be, so it doesn't get too boring. It is pretty expensive with about $95/week average and you do still have to provide your own dinner meat and all the veggies, but so far it seems to be working out just to keep me honest and eating under 1000 calories/day. You do also take other vitamins in the meantime to make up for any lacking nutrition from a limited diet.
