I bought this product a year ago and its a life saver. Everything cooks so fast and easy. I love love this product. Its amazing to have one. I would highly recommend it.

Best addition to my kitchen!

This is a lifesaver, especially when I'm cooking soup, it softens the meat and makes it sooo tender, it's unbelievable.And it can do so many things even soup, isn't it great? The only thing is I don't have a dishwasher so cleaning the lid can be a struggle.

Great product, but pricey

Admittedly I just joined the #InstaPot bandwagon as I didn't really understand the 'allure' of it previously. Honestly, after just opening the box, I was SOLD. It has soooo many functions and replaces so many kitchen gadgets, it's incredible!! I've been looking up recipes online, and the possibilities are endless!! I bought the 8 qt version not realizing how massive it is - I'm a singleton living in a condo, so perhaps this wasn't the best choice for me, but it just means I'll have more food I guess! It is a bit intimidating given all of the features and learning how to use them, and to be honest, my first attempt was MESSY and labour intensive (don't try butter chicken as your first attempt, FYI). The 4/5 is for a few reasons: There are now newer versions that have a sous-vide component which I would've loved to have, this machine requires a lot of knowledge/insight into the cooking mechanisms, or at least a lot of instructions (which can be found online), it's HUGE (which is good for many, but not for me), and the price. Overall, It's a welcome addition in my home and I can't wait to try new ideas/recipes!

Must have in household!

I bought my instant pot 2 years ago. I've been loving it very much.
I use it to make rice, soup, currys and daal, cake, veggies, just anything you can think off.
One of the main reason for purchasing this pot is that I don't have to check the kitchen stove while making food. I'm able to save the time for myself. I have more time to watch youtube, do my own nails, play with the dog and more. I don't have to be the yellow face old lady when making a meal for my family. I consider it saved my life and my family. Beside, it is fairly easy to use. When I make a delicious chicken soup, I first saute ginger and garlic, after the aroma starting to come out. I then put chicken, veggies and water into the pot. Cook 20 minutes in high pressure. Around 30 minutes after, a delicious meal is ready on the table!

Quick dinner

When I find myself short on time or that I forget to take meat out for dinner, this instant pot is a dinner saver. From frozen to shredded chicken in 20 minutes cooking time! I had a smaller 3 qt instant pot and upgraded to the 8 qt because I needed to be able to cook larger meat cuts like roasts.

Amazing!

I love my Instant Pot! I use it to make perfect hard boiled eggs, moist hamburgers, homemade baked beans, chili and so much more! The options for this thing are endless and it makes cooking quick and easy.

Simply love it

I love it. Instant Pot Duo 8 Quart is amazing. I can cook all day long in it. Its easy to use and very efficient. You can even make homemade yogurt in it. Ive tried rice, lentils and meat. Everything turned out delicious. Not only that it cook quicker than you ever imagine.

I think I'm in love.

Firstly, if you can get this bad boy on sale go for it! The price is regularly pretty steep, so wait for boxing week or black friday deals.
I use this guy for everything, soup, chicken and veggies, mac and cheese and even some delish salmon!
This thing is freaking crazy I'm telling you. Chicken is a stable in my house, this thing can cook chicken like you've never had! The perfect texture.
The only thing is most meals tend to have a lot of excess water, most recipies recommend corn starch or arrowroot to thicken everything up. I highly recommend buying some so you have a full stock when you buy this baby.

I am absolutely in love with my Zavor Lux LCD 8QT multi cooker. I have already used it so many times. I have used it every single day since I got it sometimes multiple times a day. So far I have made chicken more than once, mashed potatoes, neck bones for my father (ew, gross), banana bread, green beans with bacon, a pot roast with gravy and more! I was always so scared of using a pressure cooker because of all of the things I had heard about them and my grandma had one that was pretty scary when I was little. This multi cooker has a system built in that won't let it open if there is pressure still inside making it super safe to use (but you still need to exercise caution and be careful). This thing makes everything so simple. I can't wait to keep using it and make so much more with it! Everything I make I am now trying to find a way to put it in the pot. I love the time delay feature and the keep warm feature so much. You can put your dinner in the cooker of the morning before you leave the house and set it for the appropriate amount of time in the future and it will start cooking then. Then once it gets done the keep warm feature will automatically turn on and keep your food warm for when you get home. This thing is so simple and so convenient I think everyone truly needs one in their lives. Often the food tastes so much better than just making it on the stove top. It makes the best mashed potatoes I have ever put in my mouth. I also love how easy the digital display is to use. It has an icon to tell you if the lid isn't on right and a panel lock button for extra safety. I would highly recommend the Zavor brand to anyone looking into buying a multi cooker.
