Perfect for a good nights sleep

Jamison Brand Melatonin is always my go-to for a natural sleep aid. They are the only brand offering melatonin in flavors as far as I can tell, and let me tell you, chocolate mint is a lot nicer to taste before bed then the usual chalky tablets. No experience finding broken tablets, in general just a really high quality product.

Good for getting you sleepy and ready for bed but doesn't really help with staying asleep.

Jamison is a great brand but I did find I didn't actually stay asleep with these supplements. They did make me tired and ready for bed but within an hour or two I was wide awake again.

These are 5 mg tablets. It's fast dissolving where you put them under your tongue. They come in Chocolate Mint flavour. There's no salt, starch, gluten, preservatives, or lactose. It works pretty effectively esp. when I need to sleep. I use them only when I need them.
