Almost perfect nut bar!

Received a free sample. I was intrigued by the flavours (love lemon!) and the high content of quality nuts. Not overly sweet. Overall, a high quality bar and was sold by the sample.

Went to the supermarket to purchase more - was slightly disappointed in the inconsistencies of quality nuts per bar. Some bars seem to not contain any almonds nor pistachios but just only peanuts. Didn't seem right given the given the high cost of these bars being close to $2 CDN per bar.

If you're looking for a substantial granola bar to sink your teeth into, this is it. Kashi has combined whole nuts like almonds, pistachios, and peanuts with the sweetness of dried figs. It's an interesting combination, mixing both crunchy and chewy textures together. You also get the citrus flavor from the lemon, which ties it all nicely together. Not overly sweet, in my opinion, and it does taste natural. I would definitely put this at the top of the list as my favorite nutty granola bar. It also kept me feeling full, which makes it a great in-between meals snack.

Taste was excellent, low in sugar and good amounts of protien and fiber. Very unique flavor palette. After trying a sample of this bar, I will definitely look for it in store.
