My husband bought this for me, for my birthday. I am so in LOVE. I love making perogies, however, it takes over 2 hours to knead the dough by hand, only 30 minutes in the stand mixer! The dough came out perfectly. I cannot wait to try out attachments for it. I have my eye on the pasta roller!! Having the bowl go up and down is so handy. It makes such quick work of everything. The attachments are dishwasher safe too! The stand mixer itself is super easy to clean.

For the cost, I do wish it came with more accessories. I don't like how the bowl clicks in, it keeps it super secure, but it takes so much force, I always feel like I am going to break it. I would also love to see them add more vents for the motor. It did heat up quickly, however I was using it for hefty dough.

Despite the above, I highly recomend getting yourself a stand mixer. It is so handy to have.

Great appliance, very durable

This is the must-have of any kitchen. The KitchenAid mixer is very heavy and is built to last for years! I had been toying with the idea of having one for a long time now. After a few conversations with some friends that had one, I finally broke down and got it. I LOVE it. It's not only is functional but it looks beautiful sitting on my counter.

Bought my mixer when it was 60% off! So definitely wait for sales. The mixer is going to last a long time and does so many things. It's easy to use and to change attachments.

quality mixer

I received my Kitchen aid Mixer for a wedding gift 20 years ago. It still runs like when I got it new. Mine is a polished grey colour, but you can get them in so many more colours.

A great addition to any kitchen

I don't know what I would do without my kitchenaid mixer. This thing is fantastic. I bake a lot, so this really comes in handy, whether it's for cake, cookies or bread. It's super powerful and gets the job done right every time. It's also extremely easy to clean, which is very important to me. It's a dream tool that any baker or cook needs in their kitchen.

I would buy it again, but hopefully a long time from now.

I love my Kitchenaid professional stand mixer. I feel guilty NOT using it. Some of that may be because of the price but I bought mine on sale and feel I got a pretty good deal.

I use my mixer for breads, it's great for cheese balls, mashed potatoes, meringues.

I use all 3 attachments, the dough hook, paddle and whisk.

I think that the design is great, because it's professional and made for large recipes and heavy duty use, but the lever on the back and how to attach the bowl isn't as easy as the regular mixer. My grandmother has pretty bad arthritis in her hands. She would have a very hard time setting my mixer up but can set her regular mixer up in seconds.

It's sturdy and does it's job well. I can't wait to get some of the other attachments, meat grinder, sausage stuffer, pasta maker.

Kitchen Aid to the Rescue

My favourite thing about this mixer is how easy it is to deattach and attach all the attachments and the bowl. It's easy clean up and easy to store away when not in usage. It mixes well and can be used for so much!

The only downside to this mixer is that it is heavy, but only because the heavy base is needed to keep the mixer in place when it is mixing. Otherwise, I love my mixer!

I love that this has 100% likes by everyone that has rated it! It is so true. It's worth every, single penny. It works perfectly. You will feel so good when you see how beautiful your recipe turns out. Batters are like silk. Dough is perfectly kneaded. It is heavy duty but so worth the space. I've had mine since my wedding almost 8 years ago. It looks brand new and works as good as the first time I used it. I have friends that have had theirs for years longer. It's a bit pricey but you will be set for life. Love, Love, Love my mixer and you will too.

I was hesitant to purchase this mixer given the price, but once it arrived on my counter I have never regretted spending the money. I use it all of the time and highly recommend it to anyone. The mixer is powerful enough to mix cookie dough but also makes fabulous whipped egg whites for meringues. Clean-up is a breeze. It has become my go-to item to buy on wedding registries.

i love my kitchen aid mixer. I really dont know how i survived before it. It was super expensive, but totally worth it. Especially if you buy the attachments that go with it, will make it even more worth it. The price may have seemed expensive but for the product your getting its pretty reasonable.
