This is by far the best of the Knorr soup cups I've tried! The flavour is amazing. It's not spicy, but surprisingly rich for an instant soup. Would it compare to fresh restaurant or homemade pho? No, but it's still delicious. It doesn't taste or smell like most instant beef soups, it seems much richer.

One tip: as soon as you add water, use a fork to stir up the seasonings at the bottom and mix into the broth. Cover, let your noodles cook for 5 minutes.

The noodle texture is perfect for me. It doesn't have a chemically taste like some ramen. A little higher on the sodium like most instant foods, but not too salty tasting.

I really like keeping these at work for days where I can't leave my desk. They are pretty filling and if you had some snacks (fruit, veggies, whatever) they are great as a fast lunch. They really warm you up in the winter too.
