Excellent flavour and quality

I use these all the time - it's hard to get many real authentic ingredients where I live and these have been a lifesaver on so many occasions. I love Mexican and southwestern food so I use these a lot. The flavour is so good and the price is excellent. Once opened, the peppers can be kept, covered, for at least a week. The adobo sauce has just enough heat that I don't have to add much more. The peppers themselves are roasted whole but they are quite soft and easy to break up.
