I was recently introduced to essential oils and immediately tried out Melaleuca's essential eucalyptus oil with great success. Add a few drops on a cotton ball in a small container, sniff every hour or so to relieve stuffy sinuses. Mix with other essential oils and fractionated coconut oil to make a roll-on version. So much better than vapour rubs. All natural ingredients and no harmful chemicals or petroleum products.
