    This is a weird review for me. I tried it because of my sleeping issues, and it did work, but just a little too well.

    These pills have a nice minty taste, and you're supposed to let one or two melt under your tongue (don't swallow them!) for them to work. They do work within a half hour, just like the bottle says... I woke up feeling rested, even though I still woke up periodically (and remember doing so) for whatever reason. That didn't matter too much because I was rested.

    I gave up on taking these because I had wicked dreams - they were so vivid and scary I just couldn't take it. I was also very forgetful; I usually put my phone in the drawer beside my head, but my mind was already so "asleep" from the pills even though I was still awake and moving around that I put it in the wrong drawer and forgot where it was the next day. I spent two hours looking for my phone and couldn't remember for the life of me where I had put it (and honestly, my memory's bad, but it's not that bad). I'd never done that before, and since I stopped taking them I've never done it since. The melatonin really messed with my head and I wouldn't recommend it again, though it does work for some people.

    My doctor recently recommended taking Melatonin because I was having severe sleep deprivation from recent stress and I really didn't want to be on a prescription medication. So far taking it, i have had at least 8hrs of sleep each night 4 days straight. Usually natural products have zero effect on me, So I am very thrilled this is working for me.

    My Dr told me about melatonin when I was having trouble falling asleep, but didn’t want to take anything to strong. She told me this was like eating a turkey dinner. I’m sure most of you have eaten turkey at some point in your life and you might have noticed while your cleaning up, all the guys are falling asleep. Well that's because turkey has a natural chemical in it that will make you fall asleep and that’s basically what is in melatonin. I use it pretty much every night because the other meds I’m on can keep me from sleeping. You fall asleep before you even know it’s happening and you get a good night rest with out having to worry about it being so strong that you want wake up to your alarm, or just over sleep. Trust me you’ll feel fine the next day. It’s like you haven’t taken anything at all.
