Hands down the best fitness tracking app
I’ve used this app to keep track of fitness and calories on and off whenever I need to reign it back in. I love that I can enter my recipes directly from the web and calculate per serving! Also love how accurate they have canadian ingredients and brand!
Accountable
I like this app a lot to help with accountability when trying to lose weight. I like that you scan products and quickly add them in to see what the calories are. The only downfall is that since they switched to having a free and a premium the free site really sucks! Many of the features I used before now I can’t use unless I purchase the app which is a huge bummer
Favorite fitness app
I try to use this app daily. Its affordable as it's free and it helps you track your calorie/macros and nutrition intake. Love how you can snap a pic of a barcode and the info you need comes up. It also syncs to my Fitbit so it not only provides me with my food intake/calories in it also tracks my fitness and calories out. 😀
Great tool!
This is my favorite tool because it’s so versatile and affordable! You can track macros through food journaling and also track exercise and steps. I love that it offers workouts and recipes as well!
I use it daily
This app is so easy to navigate and has a huge selection of foods already loaded into it. It helps keep track of your nutrient and progress. I couldn’t imagine not using it and it syncs with your Fitbit no problem. If you aren’t using this app yet you should definitely check it out.
Could not be without it
Well what can I say I was the typical I'm going to diet person but never did the cal counting this app has been a god send honesty I've lost over 3st using this app
One of my Favorite Apps
This is one of my most used apps. I use it to keep track of my weight. I use it to look up the macros for different foods. The recipe function is really helpful.
Brill app
I have used this everyday for about a year now. On the plus side, if you’re honest with it (and yourself!), it really does focus your eating habits and for that I will always be grateful, it really has educated me and informed my eating habits. It’s interface with common products is excellent and I rarely struggled to find most meals/snacks etc I was looking for and with a bit of honest research you can always find/adapt to keep your diary up to date. The downside is that it can be very time consuming entering all the details for every meal.
Good if your disciplined
this is a great app and has a very wide range of food items on there but the only problem I had was knowing exactly how many grams of food your eating if it wasn't pre packaged and also remembering to log everything
The only fitness app I use
I have lost 40 pounds and the only app I used for my weight loss journey is this app!! It has helped me keep track of my calorie intake and it has also helped me come up with new recipes too! I love this app and will always be using it for the rest of my life!
