Taste is great, ingredients bad

I love anything coconut and I also love nature valley sweet and salty bars. So when I seen these bars in toasted coconut, I bought 3 boxes. Needless to say, the serving size of 1 bar flew over my head and I kept going back in the kitchen for another until there was only 1 bar left by the end of the night. While they taste amazing, the downside is the ingredients. I'm not a fan if GMOs and noticed that it was partially made using GMOs, so sadly I'm going to return the other 2 boxes and say goodbye a great tasting bar :/

De mon opignion personnelle je ne suis pas conquis par se produit, j'étais heireuse au debut par le fait qu'il sortais autre chose qui ne contient pas de chocolat mais je trouve quelle manque de gout et qu'il devrait y avoir un petit quelques chose de plus pour que le gout resort plus

Nature Valley Toasted Coconut bars

If you love toasted coconut & peanuts then you will love Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Toasted Coconut granola bars! On one side the bars have an almond butter coating. They are great if you are looking for a coconut flavoured sweet snack. They do have 8g of sugar per bar so not the healthiest.

A quick and tasty snack

While not the healthiest snack option on the market, Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Toasted Coconut bars are a delicious treat! I have a difficult time with granola bars, often finding products that are either too dry or not overly flavorful. If you love coconut, then you'll love these! They're chewy and full of flavor.
As far as nutritional value, the Toasted Coconut bars contain 3g of protein, 2% calcium and 2% iron. A little on the high side for me for fat and sugar (9g and 8g respectively), as I like to consume homemade and raw foods for the most part. I like these as an occasional snack when I'm on the go and haven't had a chance to whip something up on my own.

My new favorite

Not overly sweet and a little bit of salt. The coconut flavor is quite mild and not overpowering. Lots of nuts and puffed rice with an almond coating. My new favorite granola bar.

Delicious Granola Bar

I am a huge fan of Nature Valley because they make such fabulous granola bars! was expecting a stronger coconut flavor in this bar, but with that said I still really enjoyed it!! The bottom layer is a mildly sweet almond butter. I feel like it also had a milk coconut taste to it. I loved the flavor!! The top layer was full of peanuts and oats. The nuts gave a nice salty flavor and the oats provided a nice crunchy texture. There were small coconut flakes mixed in with the nuts and oats on the top of the bar. You could not really taste the coconut at the top. I bought this box on sale at Walmart for $2.50 The box came with 6 individually wrapped bars.

I saw the word "new" on the box and HAD to try these! I'm a huge fan of anything coconut so these were a must.

Nature Valley Sweet & Salty never disappoints! I love these delicious granola bars dipped in almond butter coating, yum! The toasted coconut is such a nice treat, just the right amount of sweet but not at all overpowering. A really great snack!

Good snack to recommand

The mixed of the coconut flakes with the almond butter in a granola bar is well done. After eating a bar like this you feel satisfied. Some bars are low calories but after 15 min. you stilll feel hungry. With this one the almond butter and the coconut will give you enough energy to last until the next meal. I love this product and recommand you to give it a try.
