Do not buy

Bought this to improve my hair, skin and nails. Absolutely hated it. i noticed that it made my hair and nails very dry and brittle and made my skin break out really badly. I never thought that it would be from this and thought it was a reaction from some skincare product. Stopped using it and then waited for my hair, skin, nails to get better. Once it did, I retried it and the same thing happened.

Not my Favourite

Now the taste of these vitamins are great the results are not. I took the recommended dosage for over 5 months and did not notice a big change like they came to say.

I have recommended it to friends, but i cant tell if it actually works. just because i am skeptical about these gummy supplements. i still take them, they taste great

It's okay

These taste pretty good, and my mom usually takes them during the winter months where she stays inside quite a fair but is sisnt able to get her daily dose of vitamin D from the sun. Easy to get from grocery stores and drugstores! It did help her raise her vitamin D levels up.

No effect

I bought the gummies at Costco in hopes of strengthening my nails and hair which was falling out. Finished the whole bottle and did not notice any changes to my hair or nails. I know others that have used the gummies and said they have seen results. I guess results vary.

No Changes

The taste of these gummies was the best thing about them. I didn't get any results or changes in my hair and skin from taking them. They're expensive for the amount and dosage of the vitamins you get.
I had better results when taking vitamins with a higher dose of biotin.

Meh

Barely does anything. I looked up the nutritional value and it can't keep up with it's competitors. I would not recommend it. I feel like i wasted my money.

I'm not sure if this did anything to my nails and hair. I've only used it for a month so maybe I'll give it another shot. It tastes delicious though!!

Ok I guess

I read a lot of hype about this product.. purchased and tried.. no difference with my hair. Nails grew some but still wear brittle.. I noticed more of a difference with my face.. I've always had clear skin but after taking the product for At least 45 days it had my skin glowing and healthy looking.. over all I would give this product another try but I'm in no hurry

Not sure these work

Bought these after I read about these in a magazine but I cannot tell if they made any difference at all. Nothing really changed after 60 days that I could tell. I would save my money and just eat a balanced diet.
