1 out of 2 were broken when we put them together

This was pretty disappointing. I bought 1 for my 8 year old son and 1 for my 5 year old daughter and 1 of them was broken straight out of the box. After inspecting I seen the pins were bent on the gun so the gun doesn't even power on. I've sent a couple of emails but no luck on getting it replaced. I purchased from Walmart. I bought them on a black friday sale so I got them cheaper than the original price and I'm afraid they are out of stock now at Walmart so not sure who to contact now.
